Terry SparksTerry Sparks is an award-winning educator, author and automotive technology expert with 38 years of experience. He currently serves as vice president of instruction at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology–Upper Cumberland. Over his career, he as worked as an automotive instructor, an independent arbitrator and an automotive business owner. Terry holds a BS in interdisciplinary studies from Tennessee Technological University, multiple associate degrees from Volunteer State Community College and a diploma in automotive technology. He is an ASE Master Technician, NC3 certified instructor and the recipient of several honors, including the ASE/Valvoline National Instructor of the Year, the W.A.
