As Founder and CEO of Love In A Big World, she has spent three decades building mission-driven and researc-based programs that cultivate Positive Childhood Experiences, resilience, and belonging for children across the United States and South Africa. Since 1996, Love In A Big World has reached more than one million children through its 24-trait character framework, arts-integrated curriculum, and school and community-based programming supported by grants from the U.S. Department of Education, the Department of Health & Human Services, and the National Science Foundation.
