She is an award winning Attorney-Mediator who has been mediating for over twenty year. She has dedicated her life to helping children through mediating in family law and also teaching children how to be effective problem solvers. She developed a dynamic character education curriculum and taught the curriculum for over eighteen years. Tamara also received her PhD in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. She has a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution in relationships. Her life mantra is to empower people to strengthen their relationships.
