Taeho JoTaeho Jo is an Assistant Professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he applies deep learning to Alzheimer's disease research, from discovering genetic variants to analyzing brain imaging and biomarkers. He created SWAT and a familyof models including Deep-Block, TrUE-Net, and DuAL-Net. He holds a PhD in computational biology. He is also the developer of AlphaGenome MCP, an open-source tool that connects the AlphaGenome genomics model with Claude Code and Claude Desktop, allowing scientists to run complex analyses using plain language. Before entering academia, he worked as a software engineer at Macromedia Korea, now part of Adobe.
