T Allen PiperMy name is Allen Piper, but most folks call me Piper. I was born and raised in Texas, the heartland of the Big Country. I met my wife in 5th grade and felt strongly about telling her just that: One day you will be my wife. She laughed, but today we hve been together for over three decades. We have 7 daughters and a pot full of grandchildren. Back in the 1980s we were called to serve as caretakers to abused and neglected children. Together, we have served as Child Development Specialists, Group Leaders, House Parents, Child Care Administrators, as well as Foster/Adoptive parents. We started our own Child Placing Agency Ministry in the early 1990s that has helped hundreds of parents to find their child and thousands of children to find their parents through the Texas Foster and Adoptive Care system.
