T a WhitfieldTim Whitfield recently completed 42 years of service in Law Enforcement in the State of Florida. Tim began his career as a deputy sheriff and through the years he was promoted to an Agency Director position commanding the Scientific Investigations Diision. Tim has taught forensic science classes in several colleges and universities throughout Florida to include St. Leo University, St. Petersburg College and the University of North Florida out of the Institute of Police Technology and Management. During Tim's long career, he has received numerous awards including Police Officer of the Year, The Pinellas County Excellent Service Award and the prestigious Sustained Achievement Award from the Florida Division of the International Association for Identification.
