Swami Tapasyananda

Swami Tapasyananda (1904–1991) was a senior monk of the Ramakrishna Mission and a prolific author and translator of Hindu scriptures into English. He is widely respected for making classical Sanskrit texts accessible to modern readers through clea translations and insightful commentaries. He played a key role in spreading Vedanta philosophy and devotional practices worldwide through the Ramakrishna Mission.
