Susie Quick

Susie Quick is the food editor for Organic Style magazine. A former food editor and columnist at Glamour and Health, as well as the founding food editor at Real Simple, she has contributed to O: The Oprah Magaine, Bon Appetit, and Self. She is the author of several cookbooks, including The Cake Club, Quick Simple Food and Go Bananas! Born in West Virginia, she now lives in Kentucky horse country.
