Sumner CarnahanCarnahan is the author of two collections of stories, The Time Is Now and Thirteen, as well as fiction, essays and profiles published in magazines and anthologies including the City Lights Review. In 1987 the National Endowment for the Arts designate The Guests Go in to Supper, which Carnahan originated and edited, as one of the "best independent press books" of the year.
