Of Cornish heritage through her mother’s family, Sue Appleby has spent most of her adult working life in Guyana, Trinidad, and Antigua, and has a deep interest in the history of both Cornwall and the Caribbean. Married to Bernie Ean-Wong, she has two daughters, Meiling and Sarah, and lives in Antigua.
