Sudipta DeSudipta De is active in the field of sustainable energy, including energy conservation and waste heat recovery. He was a guest researcher for the Department of Energy Sciences at Lund University, in Sweden, for more than one year. He is currenly a professor at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, in India. He was nominated senior scientist by the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), New Delhi to Technical University of Munich, Germany in the field of sustainable energy under international bilateral exchange program of the Academy.
