Sudha GoelSudha Goel is Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal. She received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from The John Hopkins University. She worked as an Instructor and Research Assistant at Te John Hopkins University (1990–1997). She has published more than fifty papers in journals and conferences of national and international repute.
