Sudarshan S. RaoDr. Rao is a retired Professor and former Head/Chairman of the Board of Studies in LIS at Osmania University, where he also served as Principal of the University College of Arts & Social Sciences. He is currently a Tagore National Fellow with the Minstry of Culture and has served as a Senior Consultant for the National Council of Rural Institutions.
