Subham ChatterjeeMr. Subham Chatterjee is Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, Brainware University, Kolkata. He holds B.A.LL.B. & LL.M. (Constitutional & Administrative Law) and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Law. He has qualified for West Bengal SET (Law) i his first attempt only. Apart from academics, he has presented papers in 15 conferences out of which 12 are ICSSR and UGC sponsored seminars, got articles published in journals (1 Web of Science), written 3 books, edited and co-authored 2 books each. He has also been invited as the Resource Person in ICSSR sponsored seminars as well as for delivering guest lectures.
