"You know, he wasn't your real grandfather."I did not know.This began my education about our family history.When I got older, knowing our dad and his broters were Navy veterans, I enlisted in the Navy after graduating High School. I served six years and stayed in San Diego at the end of my enlistment.Dad would send me updates on our general family history as his research progressed.
