Stephen Wilske

Partner in the Stuttgart office of Gleiss Lutz. He is admitted to the German and New York Bars, as well as to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for the Second Circuit. He acts as counsel and arbitratr in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings around the world. He is a Senior Committee Member of the Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal and International Correspondent (Germany) of the Revista Română de Arbitraj (Romanian Arbitration Review), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the American Law Institute (ALI), an Advisory Committee Member of the Swiss Arbitration Academy, and International Advisor to the Korean Institute of Technology and the Law (KITAL). He is a lecturer at the University of Speyer, Heidelberg and Hanover, as well as at the Düsseldorf International Arbitration School. In spring 2010, he was a visiting professor at National Taiwan University College of Law.
