Stephen Keller NufferI, Stephen Nuffer, was born in Staunton Virginia and raised in Craigsville, Virginia, a small village in the southwestern part of the state. I graduated from Buffalo Gap High School with the idea of continuing my education. Due to life circumstances decided to venture into the world with only my high school diploma.
