Stephen G. Ray Jr. is Neal F. and Ila A. Fisher Professor of Systematic Theology at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and the 2016 President of the Society for the Study of Black Religion. He is the author of Do No Har: Social Sin and Christian Responsibility and coauthor of Black Church Studies: An Introduction.
