Stephanie LarsonStephanie Greco Larson (Ph.D., Florida State University, 1987) is Professor and Chair of Political Science at Dickinson College. Her research and teaching focus primarily on media, public opinion, elections, and race and gender in American politics. he is the author of three books: Media & Minorities: The Politics of Race in News and Entertainment (2005), Public Opinion: Using MicroCase ExplorIt (2002), and Creating Consent of the Governed: A Member of Congress and the Local Media (1992). She works extensively with the College Board helping to prepare high school teachers for AP U.S. Government and Politics. This includes leading workshops in the Middle States region, serving as Content Advisor to AP Central for three years, and grading AP exams since 1995.
