Stanley J. UlijaszekStanley J. Ulijaszek is Professor of Human Ecology at the University of Oxford and Director of the Unit for Biocultural Variation and Obesity there. He was recently appointed Honorary Professor in Health Research in the Humanities at the University o Copenhagen.
