Sophie Nelson

Sophie Nelson has experience as a primary school teacher, Teaching School Director, Head of School and currently, as a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education at Leeds Trinity University. She has supported teachers at all stages of teir career; sharing her passion for inspiring imaginative and creative classroom practitioners, who empower children to be active citizens who make a positive contribution to the future. Her interest in interdisciplinary learning stems from her wide-ranging interests which encompass philosophy, early literacy, drama of learning, and, of course, climate education.
