Sohail AnwarDr. Sohail Anwar is a Professor of Engineering at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona College. In addition, he has served as an invited professor of electrical engineering in several universities located in Poland, Malaysia, France, and China. Suc professorships have focused on research and training in nanotechnology, energy, and electrical power systems. He also holds the status of Associate Researcher at the LGCgE Laboratory in France. Dr. Anwar has supervised/co-supervised several funded undergraduate research projects in the topical areas of energy management framework for electric vehicles, smart home energy management, building information modeling integrated with virtual reality, solar wall, smart grid, study of electric load profiles, photovoltaic energy systems, green manufacturing, and energy management for autonomous transport systems. He edited/co-edited several books published by Taylor and Francis Group/CRC Press and IGI Global Press. Dr. Anwar is currently serving as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Electronics, Communication, and Measurement Engineering and serves on the Editorial Boards of Innovative Energy and Research and Open Journal of Energy Efficiency.
