Sita Ram SinghSita Ram Singh did MA (Philosopy), LL.B. and LL.M. from Delhi University and obtained diplomas in administrative and labour laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, all in 1st Division. He retired from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government o India as an Assistant Director. He learnt Astrology from the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi, with a logical mind, and after retirement in 1996 devoted full time to deeper research and practice of Astrology.
