Simon Weisz

Simon Weisz* read English at Cambridge University, subsequently winning a scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music & Drama where he gained a Diploma in Opera Studies. He sang professionally for a number of years before embarking on a marketingcareer, ultimately establishing his own agency which promoted the work of various international architecture studios. More recently he gained a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and now pursues a career as a psychotherapeutic counsellor in the West Country.

Himmler’s Curtains, which was short-listed in 2024 for the inaugural Footnote x Counterpoints Writing Prize, is his first book.
