Shreya KumarShreya Kumar was born in the year 2004 at Bangalore and is the daughter of Mrs. Sujatha Kumar and Mr. Kumar. S. She is pursuing her Class-10 now in New Horizon Public School, BEML Layout, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. She has passon to write and has written several short poems in Kannada, Hindi and English for her school magazines. This book, "BURFILI DUNIYA - Antarctica ki Athmakatha", is a story about Antarctica, in Hindi. She has completed her Junior Grade Carnatic Music (Vocal) conducted by Karnataka State Education and Examination Board in the year 2015. Now she is pursuing her Senior Grade Carnatic Music (Vocal). Participated and recited carnatic music (Vocal) performance at Town Hall, Bengaluru, in the year 2011, conducted by Sunada School of Music, Bangalore. Shreya Kumar has completed her 'Rajabasha-Vidwan (B.A. Samakaksh) conducted by Karnataka Hindi Prachar Samithi, Bengaluru, in the year 2018. Shreya Kumar participated in the Summer Program entitled Summer Course on "Classification of Things" during April/May 2019 & also participated in Workshop on Essential Astronomy held during October 2018, conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bangalore Association for Science Education, Bengaluru, Karnataka, INDIA. Shreya Kumar has also participated and secured prizes in various Science and Maths Talent Exams conducted by Prathibhotasava - an Interschool competition program, Speed System 2014 conducted by Putani Vignana Group (Maths Talent Examination), Science Talent Search Exam 2015 conducted by Taramandala - Celebration of Nature Fest 2015, International Year of Chemistry - conducted by 13th International Level Science Talent Examination 2011 in commemoration of 100th Anniversary of The Marie Curie's Nobel Prize in Chemistry, Mathematics Talent Search Examination in commemoration of 125th Birth Anniversary of Srinivas Ramanujan - 2012. Shreya Kumar has secured Certificate of Social Service in appreciation of the efforts made by her in raising maximum funds at School Level for the care of Elderly people, conducted by HelpAge India, Bangalore, in the year 2014.
