Shenming LiLi Shenming, born in 1949, native of Wenxian city of Henan Province. For long years he served in the PLA and PLA Medical Research Institute, led major central publications and newspapers of the PLA, later worked as the secretary of Central Military Cmmission in 1998 he was assigned as the vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and was elected as the director of World Socialism Research Center attached to CASS.
