Shea ShraderDr. Shea Shrader has served as Senior Pastor of Harman Memorial Baptist Church since 2005, faithfully leading the church through years of spiritual growth, community outreach, discipleship, and ministry expansion in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. Raised in the Harman community, Dr. Shrader first served the church in several lay leadership roles, including Brotherhood Director and Deacon, before answering God's call into pastoral ministry.Known for his down-to-earth preaching style and strong emphasis on biblical exposition, Dr. Shrader has become a familiar voice not only within the church, but throughout the region. His ministry combines practical Appalachian storytelling, gospel-centered teaching, and a deep passion for reaching people both inside and outside church walls.
