Now permanently retired, I am using my time wisely by doing what I did at work and sitting at a computer all day typing.

I retired from work the first time to pursue a dream of travelling. I sold my house and spent eighteen months criss- crssing the world, eventually circumnavigating the globe. I got back homeless and decided to settle down in Carlisle, Cumbria. Came out of retirement to fund my new mortgage and retired again four years later.

I wrote a book about my travels but it came in at over a quarter of a million words so I was told it was far too long so now I write shorter books. Hopefully, dear reader, you will enjoy my meanderings through family stories.
