Sharon Perryman

Sharon Perryman, RN, MHA, DHA(c), is a nurse leader, healthcare consultant, and author whose career spans 35+ years across hospitals, home health, oncology navigation, and hospice and palliative care. Known for turning vision into operations, she as launched new programs, led teams through accreditation, and improved care pathways for patients and families facing serious illness.
Sharon earned her BSN from Boston University and MHA from Suffolk University and is completing a Doctor of Health Administration at Walden University. She is the founder of InsightCare Innovations, a consultancy focused on building practical, patient-centered models that raise quality without losing the human touch.
Her storytelling-rooted in love, belonging, and second chances-draws from the emotional truths she has witnessed in care settings and practices. She lives in North Carolina and continues to write, teach, and advocate for equitable care.
