Sharon Mitchell
Sharon Mitchell was diagnosed with clinical depression at the age of 18, having lost her grandmother at 10. She became a mental health nurse at the age of 20, and twenty years later she trained as an aromatherapist. Sharon also has training in masage and reiki, is a qualified teacher of adults and works for a national mental health charity.
