Shad S MorrisShad Morris teaches courses in human resource management and international business. Prior to joining the Marriott School in 2013, Shad was an assistant professor of management and human resources at The Ohio State University and has held appointment at the Sloan School of Management at MIT, Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, and SKK Graduate School of Business in South Korea. Shad's research focuses on strategic human resource management in a global environment. He has worked for the World Bank, Management Systems International, and Alcoa. He is the recipient of the International HRM Scholarly Research Award from the Academy of Management and is currently a Faculty Fellow at Cambridge University's Centre for International Human Resource Management.
