Serena Rios McRae's work is a whimsical culmination of mental health advocacy, Latinx culture, nerdy fandom love, and a passionate appreciation for the Sonoran Desert. Serena follows her ADHD impulses to learn many mediums to create art in ll forms; from watercolor paintings on animal skulls to murals on taco trucks, Serena's creativity is always on the run. Serena Rios McRae is the creator of Affirmations Moms Actually Need as well as the Pink Eraser Art Project and She Dreams of the Desert, a coloring book featuring the real bodies of local Tucson women.
