Sebastian SmartSebastian Smart holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master’s in Human Rights from University College London (UCL) and is currently pursuing a MPhil/PhD at UCL. He also holds a Diploma in Economic, Social and Cultural Rghts (Henry Dunant Institute) and Territorial Development (Universidad Alberto Hurtado). He has worked for the NGO TECHO both in Chile and Haiti.
