Prior to coming here I was an Associate Pastor of Small Groups, Adult Education and Marriage and Family Enrichment as well as a Youth Pastor for over 16 years. My dctoral work was at Fuller Theological Seminary in marriage and family counseling which I have utilized to develop marriage enrichment programs, parenting seminars and various men's and women's workshops.
