Scott CarmichaelScott W. Carmichael is currently employed as the senior security and counterintelligence investigator for the Defense Intelligence Agency. He has accumulated a total of approximately 30 years of service with the Department of Defense. He lives with is wife and three children in Crofton, Maryland. John M. Wolfram is a childhood acquaintance of Mr. Carmichael. Mr. Wolfram served from 1967-1971 as a member of the Navy’s UnderWater Demolition Team 11 (UDT-11). On 24 July 1969, Mr. Wolfram served with the 12-man UDT detachment which participated in the recovery of Apollo 11 after it splashed down in the Pacific Ocean upon its return from the moon.
