Saskia KeesstraSaskia D. Keesstra is Senior Researcher at EIT Climate-KIC and Wageningen University & Research. Her research interests include soils as part of a larger system, system dynamics, regional transformations and the consequences of natural and human drivrs on connectivity, with a focus on methodology development and the dissemination of science. She was the chair of EU COST Action ES1306 (Connecting European Connectivity Research) and promoted connectivity research during her time as President of the Soil System Science Division of the European Geosciences Union. Her current work focusses mainly on policy advice related to sustainable soil and water management at the EU level funded under the Mission A Soil Deal for Europe and Horizon Europe.
