Sarit Thomas

Sarit is a Professional Support Lawyer within the Clyde & Co LLP knowledge management team based in the firm's Dubai office, within the employment department. Sarit is admitted to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales and has been baed in the Middle East region since 2008.

Sarit's role includes the creation of precedent documentation, researching and advising on recent developments in employment law and keeping the employment team's knowledge and skills up to date. As part of her role, Sarit organizes, prepares and delivers training both internally to the firm and externally at client seminars, as well as managing the team's internal training programme. Sarit also prepares and delivers training programmes with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to registered lawyers in Dubai. Sarit writes legal articles and contributes to the team's client monthly bulletins, as well as to a number of external legal publications, and is responsible for keeping the team's knowledge and skills up to date and managing the team's know-how and template database.
