Sandip SinharaySandip Sinharay, a research scientist in the Educational Testing Service (ETS), Princeton, NJ, is a recent winner of the Alicia Cascallar Award for an Outstanding Paper by an Early Career Scholar awarded by National Council on Measurement in Educatio.
