Saifur Rahman
Saifur Rahman was a co-editor of the first edition of this book. He is the Joseph R. Professor of electrical and computer engineering and the founding director of the Advanced Research Institute at Virginia Tech, USA. He was the 2023 IEEE Presiden and CEO. He is an IEEE Millennium Medal winner and was the president of the IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) in 2018 and 2019.
