Sai ZhangSai Zhang received a B.S. degree in electrical and information engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012 and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, in 2014. From 014 to 2017 he was a research assistant at Arizona State University, where he completed his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering.
