Sachin Shinde
Sachin Shinde holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Economics and Policy Analysis from the New York University in New York City, USA, and Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the University of Pune, India. He works as the Rsearch Director for SEHER Project which is aimed at developing evidence base on school-based health promotion programmes among adolescents in Bihar, India. Sachin is trained in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and has about 12 years of research experience in planning, execution, monitoring and management of various projects related to health and development. His primary research interests include social determinants of health, and developing and evaluating complex interventions aimed at preventing and promoting health among adolescents. He has extensive experience working with state and national governments, national and international NGOs, grassroots organizations, and a wide range of stakeholders on programme development, implementation and evaluation.
