S. PorkodiS. Porkodi holds a Ph.D. in Management (Human Resource Management) from Bharathiar University, India, and is currently a faculty member in the College of Economics and Business Administration, University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS), Musat, Sultanate of Oman. With over two decades of academic experience, she has built an extensive portfolio in teaching, research, academic administration, and scholarly publishing. Dr. Porkodi has published numerous research articles in Scopus-indexed journals. She is also the author of six books and five handbooks, reflecting her diverse expertise in human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, employee engagement, entrepreneurial development, cloud computing adoption, knowledge management, and healthcare administration. She has served as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Management Rivulet, and as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for several recognized journals, including the International Journal of Management and Decision Making (Inderscience) and the International Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship & Technology (New York).
