S. Marshall PerryS. Marshall Perry , Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Education at Saint Mary's College of California. He holds a Ph.D. in Administration and Policy Analysis from the Stanford University School of Education and a B.A. with distinction in Political cience from Yale University. Previously, Dr. Perry taught adult basic education, worked at the New York City Board of Education, consulted with public schools involved in restructuring, and evaluated supplemental education programs.
