Ryan Taft
Ryan Taft is a speaker, author, and performance coach who helps leaders build sales teams that win. With more than twenty-five years of experience in sales, leadership, and coaching, Ryan has trained and coached thousands of profesionals. His work focuses on real-world strategies that drive performance--not just in sales results, but in leadership, coaching, and team development.
Ryan's career path includes success as a top-producing salesperson, national sales trainer, and senior consultant. In 2024, he founded Impact Eighty-Eight, a performance improvement company that partners with organizations to elevate sales, coaching, leadership, and execution.
Ryan is also a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) through the National Speakers Association (NSA), a designation held by fewer than 800 speakers worldwide, and a frequent contributor to podcasts, articles, and industry publications on the topics of sales, leadership, and performance improvement.
He is also the author of The Sales Cure and StoryGetter and coauthor of Buying the Experience and Tougher Market New Home Sales.
When he's not speaking or coaching, Ryan lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife, Melissa, and their three dogs--Odie, Ava, and Chadwick.
