Rosemary Roach

Rosemary Roach is a Consultant in Corrs Chambers Westgarth s Workplace Relations Group. Rosemary advises on a wide range of employment and industrial relations issues, industrial issues on the acquisition of businesses and organizational change, te interpretation of industrial instruments and the management of industrial disputes. Rosemary also regularly advises clients in relation to confidentiality obligations, post-employment restraints and performance management. From April 2003 until April 2005, Rosemary was employed by Qantas Airways Limited as Industrial Relations Manager. During her time at Qantas, Rosemary gained an understanding of the commercial and operational issues which impact clients.
