Rose BakerRose Baker is Assistant Professor in the Department of Learning Technologies, College of Information, University of North Texas. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of North Texas, Dr. Baker was a faculty member and directed research and eucational centers at Penn State University. She has led projects with local, state, and federal agencies; academic institutions; corporations and businesses; and non-profit organizations. Dr. Baker has more than 25 years of project management experience and has authored requests for proposals, competitive proposal submissions, research reports, and research publications. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and an M.Ed. in Adult Education Theory and Practice from Penn State University and earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Chemistry from Washington and Jefferson College.
