Before long, he found himself being offered roles in sitcoms, films and family shows. But his big break came when he joined The Frost Reportalongside David Frost and John Cleese. It was here he met Ronnie Barker, and in 1971, The Two Ronnies were launched, becoming a national institution until they called it a day in the mid-eighties.
