Ronald E. Clements, the author of the Introduction, Commentary and Reflections on the book of Deuteronomy, is the Samuel Davidson Professor of Old Testament, Kings College University of London. Among other works he has written Jeremiah,<i> in the Interpretation series, and Deuteronomy, in the Old Testament Guides series.
