Romy Ashby has lived in New York City since the early 1980s and has worked in bookstores, movie theaters and publishing houses. Her work includes books, articles, zines, photos, and drawings. Between 1999 and 2009 she was the editor of Goodie agazine and runs the interview zine Housedeer.
