With an h-index of 35 and over 234 publications, her research focuses on food preservation, nanotechnology, and nutritional science, contributing significantly to high-impact journals. She is an active editor for numerous international journals, including Foods and Coatings (MDPI), and has received prestigious awards, such as the Best Researcher at Taif University (2021, 2022) and a Saudi Government Talent Management Award (2023).
